Verdict:
I stayed in a deluxe room for two nights during our trip to Hanoi and goodness, the room was huge. It was so spacious that I can invite my friends over to play tag. It was decorated in a very modest, conventional way. It feels very mature and elegant. The entire place was well litted up with lamps and light bulbs around the room. It comes with pretty much the whole range of amenities, a bath tub, hair-dryer and a flatscreen TV, something that's expected from a 5-star hotel. It also comes with a welcome fruit basket consisting in-season fruits.
Three-pin-plugs were already prepared, located hiddenly beside the study table. I had to made a call to the operator to only find that out, most of my travelmates didn't even know they existed. No stable wifi available but complimentary cable internet is provided. Thus, if your laptop doesn't come with a LAN port (which most lightweight or new laptops don't), too bad for you.
Services were all top-notch, everyone was extremely helpful, with a smile of course. Breakfast was average though, felt very normal to me. My only issue was the overcooked bacon, it was so hard. However, their ala-cartes for dinner was not too bad.
