Served throughout the Lunar New Year, Cafe Gray Bar presents Firecracker and Fortune – two original cocktails in the festive red and gold colour. Sweet and tangy, Firecracker brings surprises to the lips with a popping candy garnish. Made with homemade beer syrup, the cocktail bursts with floral and malty notes. Fortune, a vodka martini made with Vin jaune that pleases with a refreshing citrus aroma.
On the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, The Upper House will also host an authentic Lion Dance to herald the Year of The Rat, the first of the 12 zodiac signs, to bring prosperity, good luck and peace.
