#3 Beijing Impression
True to its Beijing roots, the Peking duck is the go-to dish here. It takes two days to prep and is served three ways: whole roasted with crispy skin, in a duck and vegetable soup with glass noodles or as duck pancakes with sweet bean sauce, sliced spring onion and cucumber. The other unique dish you should check out is the honeycomb briquette — fried black rice soaked in fruit and brandy, it is lit on fire at the table. More info here.

#5 Old Town Hong Kong Cuisine
This casual eatery isn't typical of most Chinatown spots. It’s has a modern mix traditional ambiance to the restaurant. A few of their famous dishes are steamed pocket buns filled with your choice of Peking duck, roasted or barbequed pork served on wooden boards, or try an array of yum cha-sized plates including grilled green onion pancakes and xiao long bao dumplings. For all those late nights food hunt, here’s one to put in your list. Interestingly opens daily from noon to 4am, Golden Century Seafood Restaurant serves delicious Cantonese food and a whole lot of wine. Apparently, a few famous people have been here!
