It offers various types of crab buffet courses. The Kaniminato Standard Course (with time limit set to 120 minutes) that will let you enjoy all-you-can-eat gangan-yaki (a specialty dish of crabs steeped in sake and then steamed on the table), robata-yaki (dish in which the crabs are grilled until fragrant), and 14 kinds of side dishes is a popular course meal that comes with an all-you-can-drink service. English-speaking staff are available.

Kanibugyo is a specialty crab restaurant where you can have your fill of tasty snow crabs. With the time limit set to 90 minutes, it will let you savor the delicious flavors of crabs cooked in different ways - including boiling, tempura, and hot pot - to your heart’s content. One of the main appeals of this place is that you can add fresh red crabs grilled or made into sashimi to the course with extra charge. Foreign language menus (English and simplified Chinese) and foreign language-speaking staff (English and Chinese) are available.

#3 CHISO ZANMAI Daimaru Tokyo (Marunouchi)

CHISO ZANMAI is a massive buffet restaurant that is located on the 12th floor of the department store Daimaru Tokyo, which is near Tokyo Station. Here, you will get to indulge in an array of about 60 types of dishes while seated in a truly relaxing space. The menu is comprised mainly of Japanese-style dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients, such as freshly-made sashimi and tempura, but you will also find Western and Chinese dishes, and even desserts! More than anything, though, what drives the influx of customers into this restaurant are the splendidly steamed red snow crabs. The dinner buffet has a 120-minute time limit.

Located inside a building dedicated to clothes in the Ginza area, Gottsuo is a restaurant specializing in crabs where you can enjoy crabs shipped directly from Sakaiminato in Tottori Prefecture. Here, the dinner course has a time limit of 90 – 120 minutes while the lunch course has a time limit of 90 minutes. All the courses come with all-you-can-eat whole red snow crabs and more than 15 other dishes. You will also love their a la carte menu that contains dishes such as the Kani Miso Korayaki (crab cooked in its shell with sake), which perfectly pairs with sake. Foreign language menus (English and Chinese (traditional/simplified), Korean) and foreign language-speaking staff (English and Chinese) are available.

Tarabaya is a restaurant specializing in Hokkaido dishes that is conveniently located right in front of JR Kichijoji Station’s Park Exit. From its varied menu, the Nama Hon-Tarabagani Tabehodai per person, with reservation required until 12:00 pm on the day of visit) is recommended as it will let you eat as much fresh tarabagani (red king crab) - prepared in ways such as sashimi, grilled, tempura, and hot pot - as you want. Course meals that come with something else on top of the crabs are also popular at this restaurant, such as the Hon Zuwaigani to Gyu Sukiyaki no Tabehodai that comes with zuwaigani and beef sukiyaki. Foreign language menus (English and simplified Chinese) and foreign language-speaking staff (English and Chinese) are available.
