#1 Kingakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion)

#2 Mount Fuji

Of course, the symbol of Japan - Mount Fuji was designated as a World Heritage Site in 2013. It is a sacred place and source of artistic inspiration. #3 World Heritage in Okinawa

#4 Shirakawago, Gifu

Shirakawago was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1995. It is best known for the illumination that takes place in winter, where the magical village will be lit up by warm lights.
