#1 Meeting the Nomads
The Kazakhs were traditionally pastoral nomads, dwelling year-round in portable, dome-shaped tents (called gers, or yurts) constructed of demountable wooden frames covered with felt. The Kazakhs migrated seasonally to find pasturage for their livestock, including horses, sheep, goats, cattle, and a few camels.
#2 Visit Charyn Canyon
'The Asian Grand Canyon in Kazakhstan' - travellers say this about the Charyn Canyon. And this is true because it is inferior only in size. Travellers from all over the world come here to see with their own eyes it stunning landscapes, walk through the Valley of Castles and visit relict groves. Its length is approximately 200km and height is from 100m up to 300m.

Big Almaty Lake is a natural reservoir perched high in the Ili Alatau Mountains, more than 8,000 feet above sea level, back-dropped by three peaks that rise above the canyon. The color varies depending on the time of the year, but expects the brightest and most beautiful turquoise during September and early October. The lake takes on a more milky blue hue during spring due to the melting snow. The lake is an hour drive from Almaty and it is quite easy to get there by car. This alpine lake’s unusual teal hue and surrounding nature makes it one of the most beautifully surreal sites in the country.
#4 Uncover Baikonur Cosmodrome
You can visit the world's first cosmodrome, which was and remains the largest in the world. It is located in the south of the country not far from the city of the same name- Baikonur, the entire population is employed at the station. At Baikonur, there are several observation platforms equipped, from where you can observe a great event - the launch of a rocket. There is also a huge open air museum, which contains real parts of rockets and shuttles. For more explosive thrills, tours offered by private companies offer the public a chance to witness the launches of manned and unmanned space missions from the Cosmodrome facilities.
#5 Marvels the Lake Kolsai and Kaindy
Kolsai lakes with zure and crystal-clear water, like a necklace, adorn the harsh ridges of Northern Tian Shan. This system of 3 picturesque alpines lakes in the middle of forests and mountains - a real paradise for lovers of unspoiled natural beauty. The Kaindy Lake has a stunning landscape. Once there was a fir grove here, but now fluffy branches flaunt under water, and above the turquoise surface - there are only bare treetops.
