#3 Have a taste of Kava
Also known as kava-kava, comes from a kava root native to the South Pacific region that’s been used by native islanders for centuries as part of their religious ceremonies. These days, they even serve them during gatherings and social events. A kava ceremony brings everyone around a big kava bowl and a chosen person will do the serving.
Kava is considered non-alcoholic but is psychoactive, which means there’s a possibility that your might get high from it. Overall, kava is said to help with relaxation, anxiety, and stress but without clouding your thoughts. Any good? Well, the only way to know is for you to try Kava yourself!
