6 HANDY ITEMS THAT YOU SHOULD PACK BUT USUALLY NEVER

Travel with handy items

These items are not something most of us haven’t used before or seen before. Is just that you’ve never thought that they could really be a nifty little thing for travelling.

Power Strip/Extensions

I’ve seen people plugging this in at the airport at a fast food restaurant and sharing this multiple sockets with others. They are smart because the rest of the sockets don’t work, so this comes in handy when there’s only one single public outlet is working. Buy the type with extensions in case if you needed it.

Bandana

This can be used as hand towel, lens cleaner, eye mask, hair tie, headband, scarf, pillow (when tied around a bundled-up sweater) sling for sprained arm, and a hobo handbag to tote your extra belongings.

Duct Tape

Ah… this underappreciated all-purpose product helps to bandage up exploded luggage, remove lint from clothes, patch tear shoes, baby-proof hotel room by covering outlets and securing drawers shut, and many more. Find for the smaller roll type to carry along for convenience, or else, roll your own small set of duct tape.

Travel Mug (with wide opening)

This tough to-go cup is not just for beverages, you can also use it to prevent damages on items such as sunglasses, delicate souvenirs and even as a great decoy for stashing valuables in your hotel room.

Wet Wipes

You can use this to wipe almost anywhere. Nuff said.

Tote Bag

Bring the ones that are tough enough to be tossed around as a carry-on during the trip as well as a laundry bag at the end of the trip to separate the clean clothes from the dirty ones.
