The Quayside restaurants are each adding a little Christmas magic to Robertson Quay this season with their festive new menus. From extravagant blowouts at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse to long light brunches at Mediterranean favourite, Summerlong, Quayside brings a vibrant riverfront atmosphere for groups of friends and families to relax and celebrate the festive season in style.
Champagne and Turkey at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
Channelling the spirit of New York, the festive menu at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse features traditional holiday favourites, such as Roasted Turkey with Stuffing, as well as the USDA Prime Black Angus Porterhouse Steak, which the restaurant is renowned for. In celebration of the season, each guest will also be offered a complimentary glass of Taittinger Champagne on Christmas Day. SGD $188++ per person

‘Mexmas’ at Super Loco
Diners can choose between two festive ‘Mexmas’ sharing menus from Quayside’s favourite Mexican joint, Super Loco. Priced from $50++ to $70++, a generous spread of six or eight dishes are served with the restaurant’s signature creativity and flair. Inspired by traditional Christmas flavours, the feast includes seasonal favourites such as Tostada de Pava – a tortilla loaded generously with shredded turkey salpicon, green beans, coriander and serrano. Culminating with Pastel Navideno, a traditional Mexican Christmas cake with a tipsy skin of Crème de Cacao-soaked raisins, this is a Christmas menu like no other! Diners can also enjoy an optional free-flow package of selected festive drinks for an additional $50++ per person. To elevate the party atmosphere, customized piñatas are made available exclusively for the Christmas celebrations with advance booking.

Santa Claus at Summerlong
Santa Claus will be spreading the cheer at Summerlong every weekend in December between 11am to 1pm and 6pm to 8pm. The joyful character will be adding his seasonal magic to Summerlong’s impressive winter counter offering; a smorgasbord of seasonal entrees and a delectable variety of fresh wintery salads, apple strudel, carrot cake, gingerbread cookies and a cherry and gingerbread punch, ringing in the festive atmosphere in Mediterranean style. Summerlong’s brunch counter is available every weekend through 23rd December from 10.30am to 3pm.

Baked Festive Favourites from Artisan Boulangeries Co. (ABC)
Artisan Boulangerie Co. (ABC) adds a sweet sparkle to celebrations with a gourmet selection of freshly baked holiday favourites, especially curated for the season. Sweetening the celebrations is a collection of classic goodies including Christmas Cakes, Cookies and Artisan Handmade Buns. Both kids and adults can look forward to the Galette Des Rois, a classic rendition of the galette, baked fresh with Frangipane Almond Cream and Madagascar Vanilla filling. Capped with a golden crown and a hidden porcelain trinket when cut open, the person that finds the trinket gets crowned “King of the Day”. Traditional must-haves also include the homemade Mixed Fruit Cake, Manuka Honey Lemon Cake, Mixed Cherry Shortbread Cookies and Citrus & Spice Cookies.
