Kacy Catanzaro is only 5-feet-tall and she is the first woman to finish the American Ninja Worrior course at the 2014 Dallas Finals. This 24-year-old gymnast and pratically a wonderwoman, made history on the July 14 episode and shocked everyone as she breeze through the tough obstacles. She qualified for the next round which is the Mt. Midoriyama finals in Japan.
