CHIA SEED PORRIDGE
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
270 ml coconut milk
100 ml almond milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
seasonal fresh fruits, and nuts
1 tablespoon honey
METHOD
Warm the coconut milk to room temperature.
Add chia seeds and stir till the mixture
thickens.
When done, sprinkle desiccated coconut, add
honey and your favourite fruit/nuts.
