Starting Friday April 1, 2016, Hotel Universal Port, an official hotel of Universal Studios Japan, will offer Japan's first “Minions Rooms” based on the “Minions” characters in the “Despicable Me” series, a movie which became Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures’ biggest hit ever. In the “Minions Rooms,” guests will be surrounded by playful Minions on the walls and ceiling, with missile-shaped beds and crocodile-shaped sofas just like in Gru’s house to create a space where they can fully enjoy the humorous world of the Minions
