Time to oil up as the makers of Bio-Oil launched six new skincare oils under the brand name Lipidol. Bringing oil to daily skincare, it’s meant to help skin retain its moisture.

The inspiration behind this new skincare oils is extracted from the simple idea of our skin needs moisture and the only way to hold moisture, you’ll need oil because the outermost layer of the skin is an oily layer. The reason why moisture escapes is due to the main culprit of daily washing with soap, which strips away the skin’s oily layer.  Thus, using oil in everyday skincare will help skin’s natural oily layer is continually supplemented.

Lipidol products are packaged in sealed plastics wrappers, pioneering a move away from cartons. The 6 products include Cleansing Face Oil, Cleansing Body Oil, After Shower Oil, Sunscreen Oil, After Shave Oil and Overnight Face Oil.
