After three years of building “Bra Banks” and encouraging women in Malaysia to donate their second-hand bras to help save another woman, Neubodi realised we have also accumulated a significant amount of waste from the discarded bras. Thus, this year, Neubodi is partnering with Japan RPF Industry Association, “Refuse Paper and Plastic Fuel” to recycle all discarded bras and converting the bras’ raw material into reusable solid fuel for industrial use rather than encouraging more landfills in Malaysia. Marking this partnership the first of it’s kind in Malaysia.

October is the international breast cancer awareness month, Neubodi created an alliance with the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA). The aim here is to create awareness to women in regards to the importance of wearing the right bra, and also to take this opportunity to educate women about the harmful effects of wearing a bra that no longer fits or supports them right.  From this angle, Neubodi designed a PINK BRA that is wearable to all women-folk; breast cancer patients alike. This PINK BRA is Neubodi’s latest range of COMFYflex bra that is designed for support and comfort without the use of underwire. Generally, it is a great bra to lounge on your lazy days. For every PINK BRA purchased, Neubodi will donate RM10 to BCWA, and we aim to raise at least RM20,000.00  this year.

On the 22nd of September 2016, Neubodi will officially launch the campaign and hopefully achieve the set goal of “DONATE. SUPPORT. RECYCLE” with our three main partners --- Anti Humantrafficking NGOs, BCWA and Japan RPF Industry Association which is to raise a wholesome awareness about how the simplest actions of our lifestyle ditates the future of tomorrow.
