Guess what, Facebook is planning to start Facebook for the professional world, according to the Financial Times. Calling it “Facebook at Work”, the company’s new, enterprise-focused product is going to be similar to the functionality of the current site with additional collaborative tools for work on shared documents.
Facebook at Work is said to be an entirely separate account from personal (thankfully), with no information from user’s social profile appearing on the professional page and vice versa.
It’s currently in an early pilot program that is based out of London. Apparently, Facebook employees are known to use this site internally for work.
What do you think? Will you use Facebook at Work?
