A name is an integral part of a person’s identity. It is a gift that captures our parents’ hopes, a feature that reflects our heritage, or a chosen badge of individuality. Recognising this, Nutella pays tribute to what makes a person special with the #YourNutella campaign, celebrating our names as a way of saying thank you to all its fans.
Fresh off the success of #YourNutella in Singapore and continuing the global spread of #YourNutella that began in Europe and the Middle East, the Malaysia campaign aims to get people to share their stories through the @NutellaSEA Instagram handle and the hashtag #YourNutella. They want to hear stories from their fans about what their name means to them, or their stories and memories of Nutella.
The launch of #YourNutella in Malaysia will be held at One Utama from 9 to 13 March 2016. Fans of Nutella are invited to drop by to join in the fun and also get a personalised jar for themselves. All they need to do is to purchase a jar of 350g Nutella at RM15.90 and have their jar personalised at the #YourNutella factory onsite. The event will also have a variety of fun activities for the whole family such as games and an instagram photo booth.
From mid-April to the end of May, participating supermarkets and hypermarkets will also carry the name label standees, with selected stores running promotional events for fans to get their own name labels. The list of stores can be found on the official website for the campaign YourNutella.com.
For fans who are unable to find their names in the standees, the YourNutella.com website will be launched on 14 March2016. This will allow anyone to customise their own labels and have them sent to their email address.
