PASSPORT FEE REDUCTION!
Rejoice! Because Malaysian passport fee for five years is now RM200, effective Thursday (15th January 2015).
From what used to be RM300, the fee is reduced by RM100 for those wishes to renew their Malaysian passport for five years.
Senior citizens, childrens below 12, Haj pilgrims and students below 21 and studying abroad five-year passport renewal fee is RM100, down by RM50, while the disabled are not required to pay for passport.
With this reduction for the five-year passport fee, the two-year passport renewal is no longer available.
