Sorry but white and milk chocolate are totally different from dark chocolate. Dark chocolate are known to have more antioxidant benefits and less in calories as compared to its sweeter siblings. We suggest getting ones with 65% cacao and above.

It’s always good to add calcium, vitamin D and probiotics into your system. Just remember to buy the ones that come with spoons and keep them in a cooler bag while you travel. If you hate the idea of eating yogurt while travelling, opt for a yogurt drink instead.
