Scott’s, a Malaysian household favourite from GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Sdn Bhd, organised a unique experience called ‘Sleep with Sharks’ for children, as part of its DHA Gummies ‘Bright Little Explorers’ campaign initiative to help nurture kids’ curiosity and adventurous minds.
A total of 20 kids of ages between 6 to 13 recently got to spend a fun 24-hour session at Aquaria KLCC, sponsored and organised by Scott’s. The event included having the children spent the night in Aquaria KLCC, in addition to enjoying various nocturnal activities with sharks, otters and other marine creatures; night educational tours; meeting the Aquaria divers; feeding sessions with sharks and piranhas; as well as going on a challenging Discovery Hunt.
This event was a follow-up initiative from the official launch of the Scott’s DHA Gummies which took place towards the end of July. A Scott’s Facebook contest titled ‘Sleep with Sharks’ was held from 19 September 2016 to 7 October 2016, where kids submitted their most creative captions and drawings. A total of 10 winners were selected and awarded a pair of tickets to participate in the 24-hour ‘Sleep with Sharks’ programme while their moms were given Aeon shopping vouchers.
