WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Customers* with a Singapore Airlines or SilkAir return ticket issued between 17 May 2017, 2pm until 20 May 2017, 12pm travelling from Malaysia to Hong Kong, Manila, Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Maldives, Melbourne, London and Stockholm will be eligible to redeem one SGD20 Changi Gift Card, while stocks last.

Eligible travel periods are from 01 September 2017 to 24 November 2017 (for Stockholm) and 31 July 2017 to 24 November 2017 (for all other destinations). Travel must originate from Malaysia.

REDEMPTION PROCEDURE

Customers are requested to email [email protected] with the email subject of ‘Mastercard Redemption’ by 26 May 2017 to receive a redemption letter by 30 June 2017 via email. In your email, kindly include the following details:

• Passport number

• Country of Passport Issuance

• Booking Reference

• Preferred redemption location

Once you have received the letter, you may proceed to pick up your card by simply producing the original copy of this letter and your passport at your preferred redemption counter:
