Their tagline it pays to be you describes that customers are not created equal. The more influential you are, the more priority you’ll get. It’s as simple as that. Of course, the site also gives preferential treatment to people with a lot of hotel loyalty reward points.

Unfortunately, rooms are only available at four- and five-star properties in New York, LA and Miami. Soon, they will be adding locations in Palm Springs, Calif., Chicago and Portland, Ore. In the future, there will be international options such as Belize, Brazil, Paris and Tel Aviv, Israel. No news about venturing this idea to Asia at the moment.
