Travelling is fun but unless you are going with a celebrity treatment package, you’ll probably still need to have the stamina to walk and strength to carry your own bags around. Thus, keeping your health and body in tip-top condition before your next trip will definitely do you more good than harm.

 

#1 Incorporate physical activity into your day

Walk to the office or train station, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk as much during lunchtime, and etc.

 

#2 Start out slowly and build up activity gradually over a period of months

This will help avoid soreness and injury.
