There are at least three types of pork meat in a French baguette. It's one sandwich that you won't missed because they are literally available everywhere in Vietnam.
Rice paper spring rolls are a must to try in Vietnam but wouldn't it be more fun when you get to DIY? These come in varieties of ingredients but one thing is for sure, we all dip it in peanut sauce.
Another easily accessible must-try item, the local coffee! We've tried them on the streets, in a restaurant and even during our hotel breakfast session. Strong in taste and aroma, every coffee lover should try them.
For some weird reason, lychee in Vietnam are exceptionally sweet and juicy. Unfortunately, these red jewel comes with season. So if you are visiting around June-July, you should be able to get them cheap and sweet.
Apparently, Vietnamese beers are some of the best beers in Asia. We've only tried Saigon beer and can understand why. They are light, watery and extremely easy to drink. Plus, it's inexpensive, around the same price your pay for soft drinks. Also try Hanoi beer if you got the chance, we heard that they are as good too.
