??In light of the evolving situation regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), a number of governments have issued entry restrictions for foreign travellers. Please refer to the below table to view restrictions by country/region. As a first step in planning any trip abroad, check the Travel Restrictions for your intended destination. The conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time and very quickly, travellers should check their personal circumstances with the information published by the Government of their destination country.

Airliners will perform document checks to confirm passengers are eligible to travel to destinations with restrictions in place. As such, mobile and self-print boarding passes have been disabled for these regions. To receive your boarding pass, please proceed to the airlines check-in counter at the airport to complete the necessary checks.
Passengers will also be asked to declare their travel history over the last 14 days to help us ensure eligibility to travel. It is important that all passengers disclose if they have visited Mainland China during this period.
??Malaysia
Effective 10 February 2020
a. Malaysia Immigration Department will not allow entry into Kuala Lumpur to all People’s Republic of China (PRC) Passport Holders and other nationalities with;
b. Malaysia Immigration Department will not allow entry into Kuala Lumpur (regardless of holding PR of other country) to;
However, immediate transit through Malaysia is permitted.

With effect from 12 February 2020, all passengers travelling from Hong Kong or Macao must travel with a functioning mobile phone and contactable phone number. Prior to arrival in Korea, our cabin crew will provide passengers with the required arrival documents and health declaration forms. On arrival, local Quarantine or Immigration officials will verify the passenger’s contact number as stated on these forms. If the verification process is unsuccessful, the passenger will be denied entry into Korea.
