Not only has ZALORA decided not to increase its prices by the 6% new GST levels, with prices pre-voucher rising less than 1% across the whole website, the international online fashion retailer decided to also apply a storewide 6% discount available to all customers, hence actually lowering prices for all by 5% compared to pre-GST prices!

By entering the code GSTDROP on payment page all customers will enjoy prices lower than pre-GST ones, and ZALORA not only will collect less for each item but also pay GST for all Malaysians!

“The GSTDROP voucher will be activated on the 1st of April, and will be guaranteed by ZALORA for the whole month of April 2015” said Xiloyannis.

The new GSTDROP voucher applies to all ZALORA in house labels, international brands and to 90% of the other brands on the online retailer, ZALORA’s team is actively working to extend the voucher to the remaining 10% of brands on the website. The GSTDROP voucher also applies to the tax free zones of Malaysia, as ZALORA believes in providing the same experience to all of Malaysia regardless of tax jurisdictions.
